PreList Home Staging

         Staging of indoor/outdoor spaces to maximize appeal to home buyers.  It is most important to do this before you list if possible so you will be fully prepared for the market and the competition.  You and your Realtor want to present your absolute best space when open house and listing begin.  Ideally, plan well in advance.  Fees for this service are determined from a walk thru as each property is unique.  We are not able to provide full service staging quotes by phone or email for this reason.  Walk thru Staging estimates are $75 and are credited towards full service Staging.

Consultations 

Staging Consultations start at $250 for up to two hours .   Plan on a complete top to bottom walk thru outdoors/indoors including garage, closets, cabinets and drawers. You will recieve a written and prioritzed list of room by room recommendations that will consider your budget.

 ReDesign 

       Staying put but want to refresh your home's interior/exterior?  Are you moving in? Do you have a space you just do not know what to do with?  We will consult and re-design your room or rooms to a new look.  Many times this can be accomplished with existing furniture and accessories, if not we will shop for you.  We can work with most any budget.

Straight Curb Appeal

       Make the outside of your home more inviting.  Includes back patios

Color Correction and Consultation  Can't decide what color to choose? We consult and assist in color selection for both interior and exterior. Do you have rooms you do not want to paint? We can decorate around crazy paint schemes.

DeClutter and Organization   Removing clutter and personal items can be a difficult thing, let us help!
